What is your shipping policy?

Normal order processing can take between 1-4 business days (Monday – Friday). The following shipping methods are available, Standard Delivery (2–8 business days), Three Day Priority Shipping (3 business days) Business days do not include weekends. Shipping prices reflect shipping and handling. 

• DOMESTIC

Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We require a signature for          delivery, for fine art metal prints, canvas, and wood limited edition pieces. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. If you live in Los Angeles or Orange County, California I can personally deliver free of charge (Only metal, canvas, and wood prints).  Please contact me before you order. Help is always available, please feel free to contact us. 

• INTERNATIONAL

Normal order processing can take between 1-4 business days (Monday – Friday). You can expect your international order within 14-17 business days of purchase

What is you return policy?

All sales are final however, Chris takes great pride in providing the highest quality prints to individuals across the United States and Internationally. All prints are packaged in a manner to ensure safe arrival. In rare instances, prints can be damaged in the shipping process. If you receive prints that are damaged, please contact Chris Fabregas Photography within 10 days of delivery with pictures of both the packaging material and the prints. Chris must be notified within 10 days of receipt of delivery in order for the customer to receive replacement prints. If Chris is not notified within the 10 day period the customer will be responsible for the cost of reprints and shipping. 

Do you offer bulk pricing? 

We offer bulk pricing on a limited basis. Please contact us if you are interested in buying 6+ limited edition pieces. (Metal, Wood, Canvas) 

How do I hang my fine art prints?

Metal

• Fine art metal prints come ready to hang. Each print has a reinforced metal backing that makes it easy to hang on your wall. Screws Included. 

Canvas

• Each canvas has a pre-installed wire hanger and is ready to hang.

Wood 

• Your wood print has pre-cut grooves on the back of each piece, making it easy to hang.  

How is my fine art metal print processed?

This photograph represents a new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated metal sheets. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, the archival qualities of this unique process are unparalleled.

How is my fine art wood print processed?

A new art medium for preserving photos by infusing water based inks directly into specially coated cuts of Baltic Birch wood. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, the archival qualities of this unique process are unparalleled. We use farm raised Birch, so the trees are grown like Christmas trees which means no deforestation. Since we don’t print any white ink, any lighter areas in your photos will allow the wood grain to beautifully show through giving it a natural, organic, and very unique look. Open skies in landscape will be filled with waves of beautiful wood grain. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BIRCH WOOD, EACH PANEL WILL HAVE IT’S OWN FINGERPRINT, MAKING NO TWO PRINTS ALIKE.

How is my fine art canvas print processed?

This museum grade canvas enables users to achieve industry-leading DMax and color gamut for prints that require stunning, museum-grade image quality and durability, without the use of optical brighteners. Built on a polyester and cotton blend that is specially coated to produce vibrant colors as well as rich deep blacks and tonal gradations that distinguish them from competitive products. Archival - Acid Free - OBA Free 

Can you arrange for my museum grade inkjet prints to be framed and shipped to me after framing?

Regrettably this is not possible as framed images often results in breakage and subsequent damage in shipping.
